Adroit SCADA Intelligence (ASI) is a data warehousing system that collects and processes data from disparate data sources and makes the resulting information available on a common platform to enable decision-making.
ASI is an out-of-the-box data warehousing and business intelligence solution that organises historical data using an industry-standard data model based on the ISA-95 Expanded Equipment Hierarchy.
Developed on the Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) platform, ASI scales to the growing needs of your organisation and provides the agility to respond quickly to operational and business changes.

The ASI Data Pipeline
ASI follows a proven five-stage pipeline — from raw data acquisition through to presentation — transforming operational data from multiple sources into structured, meaningful intelligence available to every level of your organisation.
ASI retrieves time-based historical data from multiple data sources — including SCADA historians, SQL databases, and third-party systems — providing a unified foundation for downstream processing.
The Extract Transform Load (ETL) process adds predefined context and attributes to summarised data, storing the result in the data warehouse. Raw captured data becomes structured, contextualised information.
Summarised information is stored in a multi-dimensional data warehouse optimised for management and retrieval. Contextualised raw data for higher-resolution analysis is held in a separate Operational Data Store (ODS).
Information is modelled into an OLAP cube, enabling data to be queried and analysed efficiently using any OLAP-compliant Business Intelligence or reporting application — including Microsoft Excel and the ASI Analyser.
KPIs and insights are surfaced through dashboards, scorecards, reports, and interactive tools such as Excel and the ASI Analyser — giving every level of the organisation the visibility they need to act.
